Comprehensive piece on the trials and tribulations of running a softball team. A very fast read for softball players and fans.
As a weekend hack softball player, I really enjoyed the laid back style of the author. Fun book with good usable tips.
Good entertaining, and good for all age softball players.
Some good tips for old timers like myself just getting back into the game.

The stories are kind of interesting, but mainly a format for delivering some really good tips. It's nice to see an "expert" explain why some things you do work, and others don't. I found the pieces on pitching and batting the most useful.
